We create stock jobs in our system based on customer history so we have them on hand ready to ship. Currently, this is more of a visual system when we see the shelf getting empty, we just create more stock jobs. Is there a way to use Min/Max to notify us when more stock jobs need to be created? Or does anyone else have a similar issue that they were able to solve?
If you have the forecasted quantities broken out by month, you might want to look at the Forecast functionality. Your use case sounds perfect for it.
Min/Max would be tough because it would only trigger when you get below the Min. If they don’t order for a couple of months, you won’t be building up stock because you are already at your levels.
