Have you setup a workstation for your user or selected one from the settings/tools menu?

You will need to create a Workstation first. This can be done in Workstation Maintenance:
Material Management > Shipping/Receiving > Setup > Workstation

Hi Jason,

What is the purpose of workstation?
Do we need to set employee first in order to set workstation?
How about multiple employee ID in 1 user ID?

A workstation can have default printers and scales. The user can be assigned to a workstation so their actions would use the best printer for their location.
The Help manual will explain it more.
