I have a new user that is trying to use AR Invoice Entry.
When he goes in, the group information is completely gone. (See the screenshot below. The screenshot was taken in base only mode)
I have purged all personalizations and opened in base-only with no luck.
I have reset layouts to base with no luck.
I can open it just fine on other computers.
I have reinstalled the client with no luck.
I have cleared the cache with no luck.
I have manually removed the cache folder in C:\Program Data\Epicor with no luck.\
What else can I try?
