Missing AR Invoice Entry Group Screen

I have a new user that is trying to use AR Invoice Entry.

When he goes in, the group information is completely gone. (See the screenshot below. The screenshot was taken in base only mode)
I have purged all personalizations and opened in base-only with no luck.
I have reset layouts to base with no luck.
I can open it just fine on other computers.
I have reinstalled the client with no luck.
I have cleared the cache with no luck.
I have manually removed the cache folder in C:\Program Data\Epicor with no luck.\

What else can I try?

Looks to be an issue with his Windows profile. Logging into Windows under a different account works.

Well, the Windows account was along the right path. Here"s what was really causing it:
The user had cranked up the text size to 175%.
Reducing it back to 100% and reducing his resolution so things appeared larger fixed the issue.
