Missing + Release line button

At some point in customizing the order entry form… Add new release button is missing… does anyone know how to troubleshoot this or where to look?

No but thank you for the nudge it was missing the data binding on the page for some reason

Added it back in and came right back… just a small Kinetic heart-attack nothing to see here… thanks again!
