I am testing out the mobile CRM app and I don’t see anywhere in case entry to enter the campaign or event on case entry.
Does anyone else have this same requirement? If so, how did you get around it? Can we “turn it on?”

I’m thinking data tags mixed with a BPM… since the mobile CRM allows for tags and not an event or campaign…
