Moderator: User denied access to Vantage Group

Hello,


A user within our company has been denied access to the Vantage user group.  Our company has used Vantage since 1999 and are currently upgrading to E10.

Please Advise.

This individual asked for access through both his yahoo and work email addresses.  He was approved through his yahoo ID….he has access.  All he has to do is associate his work email address to his yahoo address.
