Is it possible to modify the export value in Quick Ship? I have un-ship in Quick Ship but I still can’t modify the export value.
Maybe in a BPM? Where’s it coming from in Epicor, or is this created only on the quick ship side?
It is suppose to come from the order. I don’t think I BPM will work since it is on the Quick Ship side.
Edit the goods and products tab in the International Paperwork screen. QS calculates the export value from the QTY and unit price.
You can’t add BPMs in QS like you can Kinetic.
That’s why I was asking where this generates from, because I figured you could modify a setting on the QS side like you are mentioning

No, they can get the unit price from Kinetic and just enter it in QS. It does the math.
Our unit price does not change it is the total that changes. The unit price stays the original in Kinetic.
There isn’t a way yet to just override the total. QS calculates it from the unit price * QTY. It’s sort of annoying.
For a long time for us, the values have not been correct. It’s much worse for 2025.2.20. We ship multiple orders on one shipment and it’s never close.
Throw in parts that have different IUM than SalesUM and no matter what you do you do it’s a manual process that kills the flow of the shipping area.
It’s always been a disaster and always will be. It won’t ever be perfect until QS supports the same decimal place as Kinetic and fully “understands” Kinetic. It’s always going to be off when you’re rounding. And like you mention - add in different unit of measures and it’s a guaranteed mess.
At first it was way off, but if I hit rebuild, it does so. But EVERY line is list price instead of what the invoiced discount price is…
This is one of the big reasons we dont use any reports out of QuickShip. We have our own custom international paperwork from SSRS.
Quickship now transmits the data electronically. So your paperwork may not match what customs receives.
You can disable that if you want to file manually.
They started charging our European office around 36k per year to handle it manually. I don’t think going that route would be cost effective long term.
