Modifying forms in Epicor

SQL Server? Really? Why does it have to be that difficult? The forms don’t work out of the box and we have to pay to have them modified???

Zoho CRM - it’s literally free, and you can modify the forms in minutes.

Why? Why can’t Epicor make a user customizable form?

? You can absolutely customize forms in epicor…

Right but don’t you need SQL server to do it?

I’m not following. You can use personalization for minor user form edits, customization for minor/major form edits and apply them to the company level, UD forms to create your own form backed by a UD table, etc. you don’t need the SDK for 99 percent of customization. I’m not sure why you’re asking about sql server

I think this is from a different thread about modifying the CRM’s app forms.

Am I correct @anon99908839?

You would certainly not use SQL Server to modify Classic or Kinetic UI forms.
