Modifying Vantage Generated Crystal Reports

If the data/info you need is not contained within the .dbf file
generated by Vantage AND you want to work within Crystal, you must
create a Subreport within your Purchase Order document. Subreports
require you to setup ODBC first. The Epicor Customer Support website
has a tutorial on creating Subreports. I've done the tutorial but
have not tried Subreports as yet.

Has anyone got experience with modifying the Vantage generated
Crystal Reports? I are trying to add "Promised Date" to our Purchase
Order report. It appears that Vantage generates several temporary
database tables and uses them to drive the Crystal Reports. How do I
modify the tables to add additional fields? Otherwise, do I have to
use Access to create my own tables and generate the reports from
Access? I currently do this with timephase. Any information would
be greatly appreciated.
