Month To Date Invoice, Shipments, Pending Shipments and Backlog Summ

Hi,

does anyone happen to have a MTD summary report that shows the Dollars for;

Invoiced Month To Date Total

Shipped but Invoiced - Orders shipped but have not been invoiced

Pending Shipments - Packing slips created but have not been shipped

Back Log Past due - Orders that have not been shipped by the OrderRel.NeedByDate

 

if so you would mind sharing or helping me out.

 

I have tried all 4 queries in different BAQ reports. I have tested with Crystal Reports using one master report and the others are Sub-Reports but it does not work. Epicor Support said you can only have one BAQ to a BAQ report, no subreports are allowed in our version of Vantage (8.03.409C)

 

I have also tried setting up a dashboard with the 4 BAQ's and that works fine,  but I need to have one report with all 4 BAQ's when I try all in one report the results are not correct because of the grouping in crystal reports.

 

any advise and help is appreciated.
