I’ve got a grid set up, and some dependent grids set up with pub sub.
If I change the row on my driving grid with the mouse, all works as expected.
If I use the cursor keys to change rows, nothing happens.
WTH?

Ok, well this is bullshit, but I figured it out.
It doesn’t work unless you click into a column.
And the ‘selector’ column is not sufficient. Needs to be a real one.
Sounds like a bug to me?
50/50

Looks like that dumpster is working as designed.
It’s very kinetic indeed.

If you are focused on the selector column and arrow down to a different row and hit ENTER on the keyboard, it will fire a row-change event.
nope
I lied. But that’s still crap.
Working for me. ![]()
Not that that’s a solution to your issue… but odd it works on my grid.
Look up.
If I click into any other column (NOT the selector column), up and down arrows fire my row change event.
The selector column appears to change selection, but not focus.
For me issues like this seems to highlight that Kinetic is not well setup for people that can’t use pointing devices. I live and breath with my mouse so not a direct concern for me but the days of easy heads down data entry seem to be more and more difficult. I also still argue that having all the “menu” stuff in the upper right means you have to move away from the critical data that is typically on the left. It is not only mouse movement but eye movement that should be taken a bit more seriously.
I will continue to make the flippant remark that Kinetic mouse activity should count as Cardio or at least there should be an app to track your mouse activity to count as “steps”.
And we’re back to that doesn’t work again…
