Vic's right. You can probably really put the screws to them and get a great deal right now.
I have no doubt they play the same legal shell game big retailers & the auto industry play: They book the sale at full price now (even though you don't pay it) and defer the discount 'cost of sales' hit to a future period.

Call Epicor, pay for it and put the onus on them.
You do not want this burden. It's extremely convoluted and
undocumented.
I'm sure you could get a heck of a deal with an "end of year incentive".
