Hi there! I’m new here (relatively new to Epicor as well), so I hope I explain what I’m trying to accomplish correctly. I’m happy to clarify if anything isn’t clear. My goal is to move some report styles from Pilot to Live for our three companies. I’ve tried moving these via Solution Workbench where I also made sure to include the report data definition, but that results in them not appearing as an option when users attempt to print checks. I’ve also tried moving just the updated rdl files as well, but I keep getting an error that the file path is incorrect despite following the path where I’ve downloaded the styles and altering that path according to the error. Could I be missing something?
Hi Hillary! Welcome to the forum!
Are you getting any errors when you do the solution Workbench install?
If you open up the Report Style in LIVE… do you see the transferred styles in the list?
If so, and you look at the Details of one of the “new” report styles, under Company List… are they checked as “Valid”? If not, that could be why they aren’t available as options to users in the given report screens.
Out of curiosity, are you using classic screens for this or Kinetic?

Hi David! Thank you for your help! The issue was they were not checked as Valid. I’ve never had to check that when moving report styles from Pilot to Live before. Is that something that has to be done if they’re being moved to a different company?
To answer your questions - There were no errors being thrown when doing the solution workbench install, and I was able to see the styles in the list. Also, I was using the classic screens to do this.
Thank you again for your help! As soon as I made them all Valid, they showed and printed as expected.
