MTD Submit Report errors

I am not getting much help on these errors from Support concerning the CSF UK MTD add-in module.

Everything has been done, except in the last step, which is the Submit Report. I receive these errors:

1.) "Unable to load the EI ‘1119’ for company ‘x’.File E:\Epicor\Websites\EpicorERP\Server\Erp\EI\UKElectronicTaxReport_PostProcessing\UKElectronicTaxReport_PostProcessing.cs not found to compile and run.

2.) Unable to load the EI '0" for company “x”.

The file does exists, full-control permissions on the folder, subfolder, files. Running from the app server as the Administrator and using the “manager” account to run the report.

Hi Will, I’m trying to rejog my memory on what this was in context to, is it when you’re running a report?

Hi! Yes it is running the VAT return report, one of the UK CSF bits. Running on 11.2.300 :slight_smile:

Ahh sorry I wish I could remember what we did here, we’ve ran into a couple CSF issues and our go-to is reinstalling it step by step as usually a step has been missed or there’s multiple logins onto the server locking up files during the initial install.

I second the reinstall as it looks like you have a file missing there (assuming you’re getting the same error as in the original post). Did you upgrade or changed anything ? When was the last time it worked?

Hi both,
It worked a month ago (I’m told the account dept run this monthly). And not made any system changes since then. I’m waiting for my colleague to come back from A/L as am told he had this issue before and figured out a fix, if he doesn’t know I’ll reinstall and get back to you. Thanks!
