Multi-Company log file - overrun with entries

Anyone running Multi-Company process? We have been for over a year
but just recently the log is filling with entries similar to the ones
below (every one to 5 seconds over a 3 day period until I stopped the
process):

Epicor is telling me this is normal but I have never seen these
entries on our production or test servers.
