If the 2 companies have different AD tenants, is it possible to still use SSO for both companies in the same Epicor running Multi-Company?
I don’t understand how exactly 2 companies can have different AD tenant in the same Epicor. You first login using SSO which is mapped to a user AD account, then you have access to companies.
I can see how this might happen if the two companies were independent at one time with their own tenants and are now together after a merger/acquisition.
But I think you can only have one Default AAD entry in Epicor/Kinetic.
