We are on 6.xx and our server is in China. However, if I remember correctly
the offset field that Brian is talking about is just for Data Collection. I
do not know of anywhere that you can actually have two time zones. We have
to be careful because we are in CST and by noonish we are already in a new
day based on China's time zones. So we have to back date the PO's, SO's,
etc.
If anyone finds out anything different, please let me know.
Thanks,

Everything should be stamped with the time zone effective on the
Vantage server.
There is a time zone offset field in the Plant record, but the docs
imply it only affects the behavior of the Data Collection (MES?) module.
I'd be curious to know what you find out. We're working across
timezones and I'm sure we haven't anticipated all of the issues.

Dear Larry:
I could test this for you in our Training database with 2 locations that
are in different time zones and share the database. However, I am
looking at the data definitions for the OrderRel table and I don't see
any fields which are formatted to report Time.
What database fields would you like me to test?
