Hi, 

I've been trying to figure out a way to make it possible to add multiple serial for a case because the way it was setup in our epicor it's possible to perform a maintenance on multiple serial number from a same customer, instead of copying 200 time the same case. I tried to add a ud table that contain a serial and a case num but even with that, it's hard to let a user add efficiently that table and even worst to search that info.

So any of you have an idea on how I could do that. Maybe copy the case already in place?(is this possible)
