Multi Site Blank Title 54128

We are on Vantage 6.1.536.
I have been playing with the Multi site setup.
When I try to add Consolidation Definition (Maintenance) I do not know what to add in the Balance Sheet Default Type.
I did create a couple of Consolidation Type and Consolidation Rate Type. but when I am in the Consolidation Defination screen I do not see them in the Drop down menu nor can I type them in.
When I try to save it I get and error msg stating that I need
" A valid Balance Sheet Default Type is required".
Can anyone help me with this and if you have any documentation on the Multi-site module could you forward them to me.
