For some reason, dashboards that have more than one tab will often spin and return no results when the refresh is clicked. If we first click into the white area of the results, then click refresh it works.
Has anyone run into this? Any way to avoid having to click into the white area? (this is only for non-parameter BAQ dashboards).
That’s pretty much just the way they work. And, try checking all of your tabs after you hit refresh. I bet one of them did refresh. It’s just not the one you are on. If you enable refresh all, it will refresh all of them, and might work a little better. And yes it can be very annoying.
