Multiple bin locations and backflushing?

I’m just wondering how/if people have handled having parts in 2 different bin locations while being set up to backflush? Understandably, the system doesn’t know where to pull it from. Primary bins can be set, but that necessitates transfers which aren’t going to happen here.

Do you just force the company to use a single bin? Chase around negatives?

Brandon, look in the help file for Material Backflush Hierarchy for Labor Entry Process.

The primary bin is actually last in the hierarchy. If you can use resource groups or resources to set the backflush you may be in luck.

unfortunately, they are the same operation/resource group using the parts. Just different physical stations.
