Has anyone tried to use MultiSite to maintain a global part table?

I came across a good Citrix substitute. Its called Canaveral by New
Moon
Software. $55.00 per user. Works very well. It has most of the
features of
Citrix without the $$$.

Has anyone tried using the Multi Site option? Did you connect the sites
with a site to site VPN?

I did... Vantage won't even start up. Even with local installs of of Vantage on the remote site. After trying to tweak the connection for a few weeks I gave up and went back to Citrix. I am running an IPSEC tunnel. It is good for e-mail and the in-office file transfers, but just not good enough for Vantage. I am at the point now where I am going to have to give the remote office their own Vantage server....
