National Account reporting

We have setup several National Accounts however we are not seeing them roll into the Parent account on the AR Aging and Customer Statement. Anyone know what we might have missed.

Parent/Child relationship has been setup in National Acct Rel Maint (we did not setup a shared credit pool) and the National Rel Class has been created and added to each customer account.

Did you set up a relationship class for reporting? After that you need to specify it in Company Configuration under Finance \ Accounts Receivable \ Natural accounts

Thanks! It looks like accounting setup multiple relationship classes for different national account groups. Example would be like Menards and Lowe’s were setup as two different relationship classes instead of using one class like home improvement so I can add to company config for reporting.

I am having difficulty rolling my Child customers up into my Parent.

I have setup/checked the following:

  1. Setup of Tiered Relationship class
  2. Setup on National Account Relationship Maintenance & Adding the Child customers to the parent
  3. Added my Relationship class to the ‘Reports’ in my Company Config

If anyone has any ideas of where I might be missing something?
