We have a suggestion to buy 15 of part A. Demand for a job is 15 and sales order is 15. We have entered a PO for 15 all dates are accurate re-ran MRP and still see a suggestion to buy 15. Everything looks correct . I cannot figure out what the PO suggestion is still saying to buy 15??
do you have a screenshot of Timephase for this part?
also… check the MINIMUM and SAFETY values… you might find that one of those is set to 15.

The part is marked as Purchase Direct in the Job, but the PO is buying to inventory rather than direct to the job.

I believe the suggestion is coming from the Suggestion for the Job but cannot figure out what we have the suggestion for the Job. The sales order is for 15
and the job is for 15.
Why the suggestions for another 15? I have been going crazy trying to figure this out
