We have 9.05.702A on openedge 10.2 and manifest 4. Just starting to use the pack out function in data collection but have no user guides nor finding any on epicweb for handheld. I need to know if the AUTO QTY checkbox on the handheld pack out screen is suppose to let you increase the line item qty by scanning the barcode multiple times like it does in the scan emulator on customer shipment entry computer screen when checked.
We cannot get it to work on handheld by checking the box. We have to have it unchecked and enter the quantity. Does it require customization to work on the handheld?
