Need Inventory Report

Yup, I suppose so. Sorry about the closed mind set. Part w/o transaction
is a very rare critter in our MTO environment.

Todd I don't think you'll get records for the parts with no transactions at
all. If I have a part which is over a year old but there has been no
activity at all it won't show on the report but I believe Sandra wants to
see such a part.

In RB I would do it by reporting at a group level (such as Part)
with the
transactions are sorted by date/ascending then at the group footer
the value
for transaction date will be the last one read. You could then
inhibit
printing the group band with a test on the date. Totaling for
selected
items is a bit trickier because you have to selectively decide which
values
to aggregate or not. I think Crystal would be a similar process.

There are a couple on our Yahoo files page (link should be at bottom of
message) last time I looked. Think there was a Crystal report and a couple
R.B. ones that might be similar to what you want.
