So just in case you need a local version of Help for Kinetic 2023 and up. It is is not supplied. KB0128545 Suggests that you can recreate the SupplementalInstals\Epicor Help folder and copy the zip files from an earlier version of the install. This way the classic help will be available install from the App Server Configuration File menu
There is one step that is not mentioned in the article, which I have asked to be have updated.
That is after the install you need to replace the Epicor.App.Version.dll and the Epicor.Ice.Version.dll files in the bin folder on the help website. You can get the replacements from the server\assemblies folder.
