Need Progress help Please

Thanks for you response but that doesn't seem to be the problem. It still
only comes out for the company I am currently in. Now there is a situation
that if the employee has the same Id in two different companies (we do have
that where we terminated out of one company and transferred to another) then
this will export both companies for that employee but only that employee

Hi Rhonda.

There is nothing the code you posted that would select only one
company. However they would come out intermixed. I have added a line to
the "For each" below that will sort them by company, then by employee
ID.

Following is the progress code that is created by results. I adapted this
to output a comma delimited file that I have linked in an access program. I
run this from a menu item in Vantage. What I really need this to do is to
pull all records from each company at once. We have 3 companies within the
database. This will only pull from the company in which I am logged into.
Is there a way for me to be able to do this.

Thanks
Rhonda

P.S. I took the one line out of this that makes it override the triggers
just in case it ends up going to someone that is shouldn't
