Looking for the solution that Sales order acknowledgment should be saved in specified folder or email automatically

If you have APR (Advanced Printing & Routing - I am not sure if it is included in Base or is an add-on TBH) you can use it to automatically email just about any report that is run.

I would use APR or a function. APR is an add-on license I think. But it’s well worth the investment.

We have Advance Printing module is it the same which you are mentioned APR

Go to the Report Style and design your APR. There is an email step in there.
