Network Printing

I am trying to set up network printing in my live environment. I have installed the edge agent on one of my servers in network mode. Now on my pc logged in as myself, I go to printer maintenance and search for edge printers. When I click search, I get an error that says Edge printing hub did not respond in allowed time. Am I doing something incorrectly? Or does this mean that epicor has not enabled this for us yet. I am using a different epicor account for the edge agent, do I maybe need to be logged in with that account instead of mine?

Epicor does have something to enable on their side.

Epicor needs to enable network printing on their side - then Network Edge Agent should work. Look for KB0140810 and KB0128180 in the Epicor KB

Anyone else having the network agent stability issues we are?

608 or 616?

It’s been solid for us but, as with anything, YMMV. We’ve had one NEA failure in four months but there were other issues that day so I’m inclined to lump it in with those.
