NEVUG Meeting

Hello everyone,

The Northeast Vantage User's Group will be meeting June 9 in
Marlborough, MA (just outside Boston), and this will also be a regional
meeting of the Epicor User's Group (EUG).

Our program will primarily be about Vantage, but we will be having a
session on the benefits of the EUG.

Our next NEVUG meeting will be June 10 in Chicopee, MA (near Springfield,
MA). Paul Farrell, who
is in charge of the Sonoma development team for Epicor will be presenting
the latest version of the new program for us.

This is probably the most significant upgrade of Vantage in several years.
Sonoma continues Vantage's progression toward open architecture, which makes
the product very flexible and adaptable for the user's and to best handle
their company's requirements.

It's very rare for us to have the opportunity to have Paul Farrell present
here, and it's an opportunity for top management, IT people, finance people,
and production management to see the product and ask in depth questions
about how it can help all of us.

There was some discussion of having a .p files programming class at this
meeting. We've decided to postpone that to the next meeting, because it
would conflict with the focus of this meeting on Sonoma, so look for that
meeting in September.
