New Database Blank Title 68713

What happens when you try to start it? Do you receive an error?

Would like some help have been trying to make new test database but
when I copy database set up app server ect. It links to the old test
database why?
Did you change the port numbers in the new test database?

I would think that would be all you have to do... change the port
numbers in the Progress Explorer Tool and then change the port numbers
in your system agent to the same numbers as the Progress Explorer Tool.
Let me look at our set up and see what else it could be.

Did you edit the .pf file correctly?

How did you create the appservers in PET? How did you create the DBs in the PET?

Check the error in the logs folder (under the server folder).
