New idea just dropped. Basically, make a new option in the BAQ options for filters for the IN operator, so for things like PartTranType, you can have a pre-populated list of values and checkboxes to include in your list, instead of having to populate the list manually. This would be really nice for the part tran table with the field TranType, but also could be nice to populate UD Code Types, and any other fields with a list of fields that could be preset or looked up.
Did you know that you can copy/paste from Excel to the BAQ list?
I had the same issue before trying to list Parts, Employees, etc and found out that can Excel is my best friend here. Maybe not the solution you are looking for but at least something that may help.
Yup, and I did use that in this case, but I did have to lookup all of the possible tran types to get them all, and selected the ones I wanted and used paste insert. I just want to include the lookup part of this right into the BAQ tool so I don’t have to do that every time I use the part tran table. It’s definitely not a necessity, it’s a nice to have request.
