New install Problem Progress 9.1D Windows 7

Check the .pf file and see what the -Mm is set to, if it's 1024, then up it
to 4096 and restart the appserver.

If it's already set to 4096, then check the settings in the MfgsysGroup in
the PET for the message size, it will likely be 1024, update that to 4096
and you will be good to go.

I know in 10.0B that server and client in the error messages were reversed,
so it was the client that was the problem when it said the server was and
vice versa.
