John, if you are using Crystal Reports, you could create a new CR
report/form to do this. You could copy the existing Sales Order
Acknowledgement form since it has nearly everything you listed (I don't
think the quote# pulls thru to this form). Order header has 4 user
definable character fields you could use to extend the info available. Once
you have the new form, distribute it to your customer service / order entry
people and they can print this extra form after they print/preview the sales
order for the "new project". We use this technique to print proforma
invoices for foreign shipments.
