New Topic Missing

Ok this has nothing to do with this post…

But I do not seem to find the button to create a new topic…
If I go on https://www.epiusers.help
I get this:

No new topic button… Can anyone tell me where it is, (would have been nice to make it available from the menu besides our image …

Looks like you have a draft, you need to either close or delete that. Click the Open Draft Button (on your image)

I do not see the draft anymore…and the new button came back…

did you do something?
