I have 30 parts that I have to look at on hand quantity daily. Currently I am doing this one at a time through Parts Tracker. Is there anyway to make a list of part numbers and use it daily to bring up all the parts info at once? Maybe import an excel spreadsheet? It takes me about 40 minutes to to it manually each time. The part numbers are not in order.
If it is just the QOH you need, you can run the Stock Status for just those parts using the filter tab.
If you have the list of parts in a file (one per line), you can use Paste Insert to populate that grid.
Just make sure you put the PartNumber column first.
Now set this to be recurring, on a schedule for 8:00 AM each day.
You’ll get the Report automatically run each day.
If you have E10 setup for email, then send the report it to yourself using the email feature.

I’ll hit IT up since I only have Warehouse and part class to choose from. Not Part or Planning Contract as you have.
