When logging in, users sometimes get an error message...<br/>

** LicUsers already exists with UserNum 1. (132)<br/>
                   OK<br/>

Then the message repeats with the x of &quot;usernum x&quot; <br/>
incrementing up to 19 or 20.  Then you finally get <br/>
in.<br/>
3-19-01 Virginia sent a program to unlock the licenses.  Only way to fix<br/>
        this is to make everyone exit Vantage and run the fix program.<br/>
3-19-01 Called Burt asking why this happens.  Appears to be related to<br/>
        issue 673503.  He said it looks like there is a bug causing it.<br/>
        Development is looking at it.  <br/>

Can&#39;t use all of our data collection licenses.<br/>

3-8-01 We are still trying to test out the license counter.  We have had<br/>

report no errors and others reporting what your count was.<br/>
