I have created a portal in epicor p21. It exists in portal maintenance, but when i try to assign it to roles/userid’s it is not visible in portal view. Does anyone know if i am missing any steps for it to be visible? i have checked the portal tables, and it does show a record of the portal i created. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This might be a bit late, but for further clarification, is the portal not appearing in role maintenance, or are you trying to assign the portal directly to a user?
Portal roles are assigned in Role Maintenance.
