We have issues to get access to our Pilot and Third environment, when using the Web version. With the Smartclient we do not have problems.
This is the error we get, see screenshot.
And when we get through, then the system stays in loading modus.
Does anyone know how to solve this.
Are these new environments? Has the manager user logged in? Looks like either your user doesn’t exist or the password is expired.

no not new environments. Until Yesterday no problem. The user exists, I have no problems in smartclient. Nor in the live environment. And it is not only one user.

What login method are you using? Is it Idp?
