No Contact "vs" Inactive

Can someone tell me the difference between No Contact “vs” Inactive?
Thanks

No Contact means that they still work at the company but have asked to not be contacted.

Inactive means they have left the company.

For example, you might have a customer contact that is still actively employed BUT does not want to be contacted (unless there is an activivity reason)… but if they are inactive, don’t use them.
