No data in shop vision Vantage 8.3

Hey I'm wondering if anyone experienced no data in their shop vision in
Vantage 8.3 and if there is a workaround or a solution.

Epicor support has so far proved to be no help on this issue.

I've scheduled and manually ran the Process Sets

zScheduleLoadGraph - 10
zScheduleLoadGraph - 20
zScheduleLoadGraph - 30

etc etc

but when I go to the Shop vision dashboard and click the big refresh
button, no data appears.

any ideas?
