No labor detail records

Has any one seen the issue where an employee clocks in and out but never creates a labor detail record? Anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have “Calc Idle Time” set in Company config? If that isn’t set clocking in and out without ever starting anything wouldn’t make a labor detail record.


I am getting labor detail for everyone else but this one user.

did you review his setup in employee maintenance? Is it inline with everyone else’s setup that seems to work?

Yes, can’t find an issue. The only change that occured is HR updated the Expense Code on the record. But we have others using the same expense code.
