No RDLs but report prints out

Odd one here. Or I’m missing something obvious.

We have a report called JobMtlDtl. It’s a custom report based on a BAQ.

Purchasing wanted another version of the same report with different columns.

I copied the BAQ and modified it to spec. Everything works right.

Then I added it to the menu.

Then I looked at Report Designer and there are no crystal reports or SSRS reports attached to the current report. Yet when I print the current JobMtlDtl, I get a report that looks like a SSRS report. I thought maybe, it’s pulling a SSRS report from a default report in Epicor but I got nothing.

What am I missing? There is a report somewhere it’s calling on.

Click on the “Missing RDL’s” box. Does it update?

I did that and it switched to Ok and green but still no SSRS report to download.

Do you have this checked on your User Account record?

I knew it was something simple.

Issue was, the report is old and in a different user account so I went in with that user account. Which didn’t have that option turned on. I’m guessing that option didn’t exist when that user existed or for some reason someone unchecked it.

Either way THANK YOU!
