No Resources available for Job

Hi, trying to run capable to promise, and I’m getting No Resources available for Job CTP - Assembly 0 Sequence 30.

Ive checked the resource group and for this particular resource there is an operation in the Scheduling Requirements Resource Group.

Im not sure where else to check to remove the error.
