An issue we have is that when an operator transacts a Non-Conformance, they often click the complete checkbox, when the Non-Conformance is passed back into the job it causes issues in the WIP Part Locations part of Job Entry/Tracker. It now shows two entries for the next operation, with one have the correct quantity of the job and the other being 0 (which is the NC transaction).
The only thing I think of doing to prevent this is to create a BPM that will prevent an operator from marking the complete checkbox during an End Activity if Non-Conformance Qty > 0. I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue or maybe I’m misunderstanding something! Thank you!
