I had someone go into the MES and enter in a non-conformance to a job, however they did this entry 3 separate times. I tried to go into Time and Expense to delete 2 of the entries, however I get error messages. Any suggestions for the best method to correct non-conformance duplications?
I’d just pass the amounts and be done with it….

If I took that action, then I would have to follow it up with quantity adjustment to remove it from inventory and a quantity adjustment increase to put all the raw material back into inventory?

If they did the duplication in MES on a job –  was the non-conformance done at an Operation or Job Material level?

We have a BPM at Labor Update that prevent over production.
Labor Qty + Qty Completed + NonConf Qty <= Prod Qty
If they are creating NC from the NC Entry, then a BPM on Qty Completed + NonConf Qty <= Prod Qty would work.
Of course if the NC is an Operation NC.
To correct what already happened, then pass the NC, Adjust what have to.
