Receipt inspections (trntyp = "P") go into this table and don't have DMR numbers. Description of the trntyp field from the data dictionary:
Internal code to identify the type of non-conformance.
Valid codes are:
"F" - First Article
"D" - Defective assemblies
"I" - Inventory
"M" - Job Materials
"S" - Subcontract
"P" - Purchase Order
"R" - RMA receipt
"O" - Other.
