Is it possible to customise the field NonConformance.CommentText to edit / add text when the status of the non conformance is closed?
(The trigger for closing it is completing the inspection processing).
Don’t know the answer to your question, but you could make a Dashboard with and Updateable BAQ, to allow the Comments field to be updated.
