I did the Nonconformance work in DMT.
TranID is an auto-incrementing field, so I uploaded it by leaving it blank in the Excel file uploading field. But it didn’t work.
So, I put in the number next to the most recent TranID and worked, but the following error message appears.
What’s wrong? Please help me!
Does the UOM belong to a UOM class? The membership of the UOM in the class is represented by a UOMConv row. A UOM can belong to more than one class (with some restrictions), so Part has a reference to the UOM and the class. But Epicor does not preserve the integrity of that reference; the UOM can be removed from the class while the UOM and class are referenced by a Part. That’s one thing that could lead to the error you’re seeing. I’m sure there are others.
